Everything started with the pain: a sharp burning sensation that wouldn’t go away. I had developed Otitis Externa, an infection of the outer ear. The doctors prescribed medication, but it didn’t seem to be working.
As days went by, the pain grew worse. The doctors started prescribing stronger medications, but I decided to see if there were alternative treatments.
I did some research, and I found a holistic approach that seemed to be more promising. I started incorporating things like yoga, meditation, and healthy eating into my routine, and gradually, my symptoms began to ease.
My journey was not without its bumps. I slipped back and forth between feeling strong and feeling weak. But I kept up my new routine, and over time, I noticed the pain fading away.
I never thought I’d be able to get rid of my Otitis Externa, but I did. I was able to heal using an alternative therapy, and I no longer need medication. I’m grateful for the journey of healing, and the hope it gave me.
