I’ve been feeling weighed down by stress, anxiety and low mood for quite some time. I was so overwhelmed I felt like I had no other choice but to seek help. After some therapy sessions and self-care, I noticed I was starting to feel better. I began to appreciate the little things in life and focused on feeling grateful. I even began to do activities that I used to enjoy and pretty soon my mood shifted for the better. It was a long journey, but with time, patience and some mindful practices, I now feel emotionally balanced and in control of my life.
